Artmaster CD Printer

TheArtmaster CD-Autoprinter features unattended high resolution printing directly onto the surface of the CD, and with it's own Zip drive there's no need to connect it directly to a PC.

The Artmaster is an intelligent, fully automated CD-R printer that you can start printing and leave. Ideal for professional users where time is money and only the best quality output will do, the Artmaster Auto features:

• Direct to disc full colour printing up to 1440dpi
• Maximum capacity of 100 CD-Rs, standard 50 CD-Rs
• Photographic quality output printed unattended

The printer has a built-in intelligent image management system for easy image transfer, selection, deletion and print scheduling. With integral ZIP drive as standard, the printer utilises 100mb ZIP discs (PC only) for image transfer. With a simple button and backlit display user interface panel and 4.3gb capacity hard disc for image storage, users can easily select long print jobs of a single image or shorter print jobs of multiple images.

The precision select and shuttle mechanism ensures that the discs are singularly selected from the input hopper and smoothly transported to the print head, ensuring trouble free operation and safeguarding discs from scratches.

Utilising advanced Micro Piezo and Ultra MicroDot and variable-sized droplet technology, at resolutions up to 1440dpi, photographic quality output comes as standard in mono and full colour. Bi-directional printing with logic seeking improves printing times. After printing, the disc is passed through the integral filtered drying station which, combined with the fast drying inks, ensures that discs remain separate on the spindle in the output hopper.

For increased disc printing throughput in one print session, an easy to fit, optional output hopper can increase the capacity to 100 discs (standard input hopper capacity is 100 discs). Larger print runs can be achieved with the minimum of supervision.
